All jewellery will be delivered in approximately 14 days, please inform us should you require a speedy delivery and we will do our best to help you. As jewellery is made to order sometimes a particular colour may not be in stock, if this occurs we will inform
you as soon as possible.

Jewellery orders will be dispatched once payment has been received.

All products are checked prior to despatch. On receipt of goods please check that you have received all items as ordered.

Return of good must be sent back within 7 days please inform us by email or telephone stating what your are returning and the reasons for return. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Please pack any returns carefully using recorded delivery postage. Beautiful Occasions cannot be responsible for any items damaged or lost in the post.

Once you have received your proof of stationery order, and are happy to go ahead we will require you to sign the order form and send it back to us with a 50% deposit.

Stationery has a postage charge in the UK, please contact us for details. Postage will be charged for all jewellery and stationery outside the UK.
